近日，上海闵行公安分局塘湾派出所接到居民周先生报警，称其停在小区内的SUV轿车天窗被一袋高空坠落的垃圾砸穿，预估维修费用超过一万元。

A man in Shanghai's Minhang district has been placed under criminal coercive measures for throwing a bag of garbage from his 17th-floor apartment, which smashed through the sunroof of a parked car below and caused over 10,000 yuan in estimated damage.



民警到场后看到，车辆玻璃天幕被砸出圆形凹坑，垃圾残渣散落四周。公共视频显示，当天10时29分许，这袋垃圾高速坠落并砸中车辆，而事发前恰好有一名孩童经过，所幸未造成人员伤亡。

The resident, surnamed Zhou, reported to Tangwan police station that his SUV's glass roof had been punctured by falling trash. Officers found a circular dent and debris scattered around. Surveillance showed the bag fell at around 10:29 am, just moments after a child had walked past. No one was injured.

受限于现场条件，民警根据垃圾落地点位、车辆受损程度初步划定了涉及的高层居民楼。

为尽快锁定肇事者，民警仔细翻查垃圾，从中找到贴有店铺封条的外卖餐盒以及使用过的猫砂。顺着这两条线索，警方排查了小区周边相关外卖店铺，并逐一排摸楼栋内的养宠家庭，最终将目标锁定在17楼的一户居民江某身上。

Police narrowed down the building based on the impact point and damage. In the garbage, they found a takeout container with a shop seal and used cat litter, leading them to check nearby restaurants and pet-owning households before identifying a resident surnamed Jiang on the 17th floor.

民警很快找到了嫌疑人。起初他仍心存侥幸、刻意隐瞒，谎称自己在案发前即乘电梯下楼扔垃圾，但根据民警调取的电梯轿厢视频记录，他是在案发时段后空手进入电梯，与其说法完全矛盾。

面对民警调查的铁证，江某最终如实供述了自己行为。原来，当天他在出门扔垃圾时与妻子发生口角，一气之下随手将垃圾从家中北窗丢下。在警方逐户 排查过程中，他还专门向AI“请教”应对策略，坐实了他在事发后试图逃避追责的心态。

Jiang initially claimed he had taken the elevator downstairs to throw the trash before the incident, but elevator footage showed he entered empty-handed afterward, contradicting his account. He later confessed that he had argued with his wife and thrown the bag out the north window in anger. Police also found he had consulted an AI chatbot about the consequences, showing he tried to evade responsibility.

目前，犯罪嫌疑人江某因涉嫌高空抛物罪已被闵行警方依法采取刑事强制措施，案件仍在进一步侦办当中。

Jiang has been placed under criminal coercive measures for the crime of throwing objects from a height. The case is under further investigation.
